IKEA Southampton have had an active role in the Southampton Pride event that happens at the end of August in the City Cente. For this year, the brief was to create a design solution that would give the attendees an insight into the equality driven values that IKEA possesses as a global brand.Â
As IKEA actively engage in protecting the rights of their LGBT+ co-workers by creating a fully inclusive work environment, I felt it was right to outline all that IKEA does in the form of a booklet as it's informative and people would be able to take the information away with them to view at home.Â
I also refreshed posters that were used in the previous Pride events for the stall that the team had at the event.
