TSB APP HOMEPAGE RE-DESIGN
THE PROBLEM
In the winter of 2020, TSB had undergone a brand refresh a rebrand across it's digital and physical comms as well as retail banking and business websites and apps. The app rebrand included updated coloursAlthough the rebrand had taken effect on its mobile banking app, the business had scope to completely redesign the app.
THE SOLUTION
First we looked at redesigning the banking app's homepage to be in line with industry standard practice. Following extensive research into competitors, we began designing and testing an initial high level homepage with randomly generated users on user testing platform User Zoom.
My role on this project was to implement a suitable design for a proposed new homepage and test it with real users in order to validate and improve my initial design. Below is the process from design to testing I carried out and presented to key internal stakeholders.
